When I made the decision to set up a legal practice on the
Costa del Sol seven years ago, it was with the very clear
objective of giving totally personalized and dedicated attention
to clients in order to resolve all those problems and conflicts
they might face during the course of both their personal and their
professional lives.
In these seven years of exercising my profession I have dedicated
myself to both out-of-court as well as procedural consultations,
with special emphasis on Civil and Family, Immigration and
Criminal Law.
My proficiency in the English language, learnt in the years I
lived in Ireland, has been especially useful and allowed me to
communicate very easily with foreign residents on the Costa del
Sol. It is obviously a great advantage for a person confronted
with a legislation that they are unfamiliar with and is very
different from that of their home country to have the security and
confidence of knowing that they can count on a professional with
whom they can communicate as easily as if they were in their own
country, not only when resolving problems but also for the day to
day questions that might arise and need to be dealt with.
My intention is to become your “family” lawyer so to speak, the
professional you can count on to guide you safely and confidently
in all that you embark upon here in Spain and need to deal with in
order to, not merely resolve any problems, but also to prevent
